[Description]

A brand-facing operational dashboard designed for Reef Technology. The product helps partners monitor activity, manage workflows and move through complex daily tasks within a clear, consistent interface.

[The Challenge]

Operational products become difficult to use when new functions are added without a strong hierarchy. Reef’s dashboard needed to hold dense information and multi-step processes while keeping routine actions easy to find, understand and repeat.

[The Concept]

We organised the interface around daily workflows rather than isolated screens. Navigation, action states and reusable patterns create continuity between tasks. The visual system remains restrained so information and decisions receive priority over decoration.
